There Is a Future In Speech Recognition

Health care, telecommunications, finance & other services integrating this technology everywhere you go.

The technology gives computers the ability to recognize a user’s speech and translate it into commands or text. Speech recognition is used for command and control, dictation and as a replacement for human operators in telephone transactions.

The primary drivers for overall caller satisfaction with speech systems included convenience, speed and timeliness of information retrieval, recognition accuracy and a personal and friendly interaction.

Of course, new technologies need their early adopters first.
